Africa-Press – South-Africa. The Hawks in Mpumalanga are searching for a man who allegedly gunned down his girlfriend and her police officer sister.
The incident happened just over a week ago.
In a statement, the Hawks named Rassie Nkuna as a suspect in the double murder, which took place on 15 May in KaNyamazane.
According to Captain Dineo Sekgotodi, there was allegedly a dispute between Nkuna and his girlfriend, Marcia Mazibuko, 43.
When Mazibuko’s sister, Sergeant Pretty Mazibuko, 42, tried to intervene and “calm the situation”, Nkuna allegedly drew his firearm and shot both of them.

“They were rushed to a nearby clinic and were certified dead on arrival. The suspect fled the scene, and the incident was reported to the police.”
Sekgotodi confirmed that a court had issued a warrant of arrest for Nkuna.
