Africa-Press – South-Africa. A new 75-unit mid-market property development, Inqaba Views Residential Estate in Botha’s Hill, will officially launch on 25 April 2026.
Developed by Isphetho Developments, the Inqaba Views estate is located in Botha’s Hill within eThekwini’s fast‐growing Upper Highway corridor.
With a public site launch event on Saturday, 25 April 2026, this marks a significant milestone for the 75‐unit, mid‐market residential project.
Taking place at the Inqaba Views development site on 14 Mkhize Road, the event will formally signal the commencement of on‐site activity following several years of planning and investment profiling.
The launch has been designed as an open, interactive experience, welcoming members of the public, prospective buyers and key stakeholders to engage directly with the development and the team behind it.
“Inqaba Views represents a critical transition for us – from years of preparation into physical delivery,” said Isphetho Developments founder and chairperson Phumelele Nzama.
“This launch is not only about starting construction activity. It’s about demonstrating what is possible when thoughtful planning, strong partnerships and a clear development philosophy come together.”
The launch event will include an official sod‐turning ceremony, stakeholder engagements and a site walk‐through experience from a purpose‐built viewing deck.
On‐site sales enquiries will be facilitated by Pam Golding Properties, while ooba will manage a dedicated home‐loan pre‐qualification and finance hub for prospective buyers.
Attendees will also have access to digital buyer resources, including unit layouts, finishes, and estate plans, and will have opportunities for informal engagement with the developer, professional consultants, and local businesses.
The event is being delivered in partnership with Trade & Investment KwaZulu‐Natal (TIKZN).

Isphetho Developments
Inqaba Views Residential Estate is a secure, sectional‐title development comprising 75 modern residential units, positioned on elevated land offering expansive views across the Upper Highway area.
The site benefits from convenient access to the N3 corridor, Old Main Road and the Hillcrest node, placing it within easy reach of key employment, retail and lifestyle destinations.
The development is aimed at the aspirational mid‐market, appealing to young professionals, families, first‐time buyers, investors and downsizers seeking lock‐up‐and‐go living in a well‐located estate environment.
The project will be delivered in phases. Phase One will consist of 24 two‐bedroom, one‐bathroom units, each measuring 62.7 m2, with private gardens for ground‐floor units.
Phase Two will introduce a further 51 units, including both two‐ and three‐bedroom options, released in the wake of Phase One momentum.
Construction is expected to commence once the remaining pre‐sales targets are achieved, with Phase One completion anticipated within approximately 10 months.
Beyond its residential offering, Inqaba Views is expected to contribute positively to the local economy and transformation agenda.
The development is projected to create approximately 250 direct and indirect jobs during construction, stimulate construction and investment activity within eThekwini, and deliver mid‐market housing within the region.
“We believe developments like Inqaba Views play an important role in shaping accessible, secure and well‐located residential spaces,” Nzama said.
“This project reflects our commitment to delivering housing that meets real market needs, while contributing meaningfully to local economic participation.”
Founded in KwaZulu‐Natal, Isphetho Developments operates across affordable housing, gap housing, student accommodation, social housing and integrated residential developments.
With the Upper Highway area attracting interest from homeowners and investors alike, the launch positions the development as a new residential address within one of KwaZulu‐Natal’s most established growth corridors.
