Africa-Press – South-Africa. The Patriotic Alliance (PA) and the African National Congress (ANC)’s fallout in the City of Johannesburg could lead to the party’s exit from the Government of National Unity (GNU).

PA leader Gayton McKenzie, who serves on the Government of National Unity (GNU) as the Minister of Sport, Arts and Culture, earlier threatened to withdraw from all coalitions unless Kenny Kunene is reinstated to Joburg’s mayoral committee.

Kunene, the party’s deputy president, has also confirmed the party is considering withdrawing from the GNU and any government of provincial unity.
