The Free State will be cloudy with morning fog patches in the east, otherwise fine and cold to cool.
There will be morning fog over the southern high ground of the Northern Cape where it will be cold, otherwise, conditions will be fine and cool.
The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong southerly to south-easterly.
The Western Cape will be fine and cool but partly cloudy over the eastern interior as well as along the south coast.
The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly and south easterly becoming strong late afternoon, but moderate southerly to south easterly along the south coast becoming south easterly by the afternoon.
