Africa-Press – South-Sudan. South Sudan’s senior men’s national team departed Juba for Dakar, Senegal, where they will face the Senegalese national team in World Cup qualifiers.
The group comprises about 20 players and 13 technical personnel who have traveled from Juba. Five more players are expected to join the team in Senegal, according to SSFA.
“The team will spend a night in Addis Ababa and will continue with its journey to Dakar, Senegal tomorrow morning,” statement post on SSFA Facebook page stated.
The team’s departure was witnessed by SSFA Vice President Mr. Charles Udwar, SSFA SG Victor Lawrence, and other federation members.
