Africa-Press – South-Sudan. The police in Jonglei State is investigating the mysterious death of a bench court staff member in Panyagor Payam in Twic East.
The spokesperson of police in Jonglei State, Maj. Daniel Majak Tuor, said the body of the late Bul Deng Bior was found at the dockyard last Sunday.
He said the deceased was found with a deep wound on his chest, ostensibly from a spear stab.
“There are no suspects apprehended yet because the investigations are ongoing, but the body of the deceased was taken to hospital to identify the cause of the death. “The police in Panyagor are investigating the deceased’s background,” Majak stressed.
Majak added that the officers were able to positively identify the deceased as Bul Deng Bior, who was working at the bench court in Panyagor but his position is not yet known.
