Africa-Press – South-Sudan. Addressing the SPLM/A-IO conference in Omaha, Nebraska, a religious leader called on South Sudanese populations to support the SPLM/A-IO saying South Sudan will be a democratic nation if majority support “a reliable political party like the SPLM-IO”.
According to Rev Tut Thon Keat the SPLM-IO is working hardto achieve people’s aspirations.
“The SPLM-IO is working hard day and night to achieve the people’s rights and transform the country into a democratic country” Rev Tut Thon Keat told enthusiastic supporters at the SPLM-IO Symposium in Nebraska.

Keat, a senior pastor at Wild-Wood church in Omaha, Nebraska, is one of the faith-based leaders who helped keep peace and unite South Sudanese communities in Nebraska.
He is a founder of a non-profit organization called New Life Family Alliance, which serves Refugees and South Sudanese Americans in the metro area and beyond.
On Saturday, Rev. Keat joined SPLM-IO and commended the leadership for staying the course in promoting policies that served to take the country forward despite immense difficulties. South Sudanese are watching, and they realize what works for them.
Keat’s unwavering decision to willfully support peace through recommitting his commitment to the SPLM-IO is indisputable.
Keat promised to work for peace and unity here in the diaspora and back home. He called on South Sudanese to turn to God and pray, so God prepared a pass to direct you to the proper access where one will promote peace through a party that unites the nation in support of a peaceful country.
