The family of JosephKuol Kon Bol who was knocked down by the convoy of Vice President for ServicesCluster Hussein AbdelbagiAkol on 10thJanuary nine months ago at Rumbek road to Abiru isdemanding the office of VP to treat their son or to handover the case of driverto court of law. Speaking to JubaMonitor, James Yai Kon Bol said that his brother was admitted and treatedwithout much recovery since the month of January this year.

“Currently my brotherhas been transfered to Al Royal Care International hospital Khartoum Sudan butthere is no money. Earlier Vice President promised to take my brother fortreatment, but still there is nothing done from his office and we already gaveup because what we wanted is that let the driver face justice,”.

He added that he tried to knock door to door to meet Vice President, but some elementswho controlled him could not allowed him to meet with Vice President.

He revealed that the case of his brother has been reported to the administration of Traffic Police and still the car that knocked his brother plus driver were not handed over to relevant authorities for justice.

Bol said that they didn’t get any right information as family members when would the driver and car be send to police for investigation. He added that they called for accountability to the people who committed crimes to face law for justice.
