AfricaPress-Tanzania: MTIBWA Sugar Head Coach, Zubeir Katwila has been placed in delicate thread following a string of poor performance in their last five Premier League matches.

They lost 1-0 to Mbao FC at CCM Kirumba, then 1-0 to Mwadui FC at Mwadui Complex before drawing 1-1 with Alliance FC at Nyamagana, and the same margin to Coastal union at CCM Mkwakwani stadium.

They managed to beat Singida united 3-1 at Namfua stadium. Katwila has found the going tough this season, they are placed 14th on the ongoing premier league standing managing only nine wins.

They have suffered fourteen defeats, managing eleven draws.

Katwila was also left frustrated after seeing his side succumbing to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Mbao FC at the CCM Kirumba Stadium in Mwanza on Wednesday. He was not impressed with the results at all.

The former Mtibwa Sugar player said his team created a lot of chances but failed to use the chances. He said they targeted beating or drawing with Mbao FC but they failed to get even a single point.

He further disclosed their opponents got only one chance and they used it effectively.

According to him, they now focus to win their four remaining league matches so as to ensure their Premier League survival.

Mtibwa Sugar have now remained with four matches at their home CCM Gairo stadium whereby they will play against Ruvu Shooting, Azam, Kinondoni Municipal Council(KMC) and Yanga at Jamhuri stadium in Morogoro.
