Africa-Press – Tanzania. The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania (ELCT) has announced a major milestone in its digital transformation through a groundbreaking partnership with Unicx AI Data Limited, aimed at modernizing its communication systems, data management, and digital services.
The agreement was signed by ELCT General Secretary Rogath Mollel and Unicx AI Data Limited Director Noel Mangoma, signaling a shared commitment to advancing digital innovation within the church.
Through this partnership, ELCT plans to enhance its digital infrastructure by adopting advanced technologies such as data and data intelligence, artificial intelligence (AI), connectivity solutions, digital infrastructure modernization, and other emerging technologies.
As the world increasingly adopts digital solutions, ELCT is determined to lead this evolution by ensuring its services reach members with greater efficiency, security, and innovation.
The initiative also aims to create opportunities for young Tanzanian tech professionals, enabling them to contribute to building a modern church and a digitally empowered nation.
According to a statement from the Unicx platform, the church recognizes that the next generation of technology experts is essential to shaping the future of both the church and society.
“By partnering with Unicx AI, the church is laying a strong foundation for a transformative digital shift that will enhance service delivery, communication, and member engagement,” said Unicx Director Noel Mangoma.
