Africa-Press – Tanzania. TRANSIT Camp have announced their determination to play in the Premier League next season after a long struggle at the Championship stage.
The statement is buoyed by their latest results in Arusha where they secured a 1-0 win against TMA of Monduli.
Their victory earned Transit Camp three points, making it climb up four steps from 11th to the 8th position in the ongoing NBC Championship League.
Habib Kondo, the TMA team coach, admitted there were some mistakes leading to their defeat in the match played at home grounds.
“But we are working to ensure that we correct the mistakes in future games,” said Kondo.
On his part, Shadrack Nsajigwa, the Transit Camp coach, said their victory in Arusha did not come easy, taking into consideration they had previously been defeated at home in their match against Mbeya Kwanza, where they lost 3-2 in a game staged in Dar es Salaam.

Geita Gold lead the pack with 13 points, tying with Kagera Sugar, also with 13 points.
