Africa-Press – Tanzania. THE State Minister – Office of the President (Labor, Economy and Investment) Mr Mudrik Ramadhani Soraga, has called on Zanzibar’s entrepreneurs and manufacturers to produce quality goods, so that they can be accepted locally and internationally and also withstand market competition.

He said the government would also continue to create a conducive environment for entrepreneurs to invest capital and have access to loans from the financial institutions.

Minister Saroga said through their cooperative society department, the ministry would look for markets as among government strategies to create employment.
He said the government will provide training and education to entrepreneurs, so that they can produce better products that will lead them change and benefits by promoting products made from home.
Mr Soraga said “The government’s aim is to create 300,000 jobs in the country. We appreciates the contribution of the manufacturing sector and will make efforts to protect the products and produced locally.”
