Africa-Press – Tanzania. Former President, Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete on Thursday graced the first round of the 51st University of Dar es Salaam’s congregation to award degrees to various students.
Kikwete appearance in public today clears wide circulated rumors claiming he is ill after disappearing in public since May 21 this year.
On the other hand, earlier today, the son of the retired President Ridhiwani Kikwete twitted that his father was safe and heathy.
“He has no any health related problem and he is continuing with his daily activities,” Kikwete’s junior twitted calling the wide speculated rumors as senseless and should be ignored.
