Africa-Press – Tanzania. MBEYA City Head Coach, Mathias Lule has assured the team’s supporters and the management of good results in their remaining Premier League matches.
Lule, whose team has pitched a camp at Nyamagana stadium in Mwanza, said he has seen the shortcomings of his squad, so he is going to prepare well his team will before their next Premier League match against Biashara United in Mara on Wednesday November 3rd this year.
Lule said the results are not good for them and he is going to work on his attacking striking line led by Paul Nonga, Juma Luizio and Peter Mapunda.
The former Stand United coach, Lule said his striking force has not convinced him that is why he has now decided to give them special training before facing Biashara United.
“We are going to Mara with two points from our last two outings but we still haven’t got what we need. I know it will be a tough game but I believe we are going to win.” Lule said.
He said Biashara is a good team and they will be at home needing to win their first premier league match in front of their fans and we are going into this game needing to win our first away victory.
Mbeya City FC have drawn three matches so far,they started by stamping a 2-2 draw with Mbeya Kwanza at Sokoine Stadium in Mbeya. After Mbeya Kwanza, the team drew 0-0- with Kagera Sugar at Kaitaba Stadium in Kagera region. Another draw Mbeya City FC was 1-1 against Geita Gold at Nyankumbu Stadium.
Mbeya City are placed fourth in the Premier League standings with six points. The team has won one match against Tanzania Prisons 1-0.
