Africa-Press – Tanzania. Dar es Salaam Regional High Court has revoked the verdict of an incitement case against the Chama Cha Demokrasia na Maendeleo (CHADEMA) Chairman, Freeman Mbowe and his colleagues.
The decision was taken on Friday by Judge Irvin Mgeta where he ordered the return of the 350ml/- that they paid as a fine.
Mbowe and his colleagues were convicted and sentenced to pay the fine at the Kisutu Resident Magistrate’s Court in Dar es Salaam region
