Africa-Press – Tanzania. Zanzibar’s President Hussein Ali Mwinyi on Thursday, June 24, 2021 appointed Mr Hemed Suleiman Abdulla as Chairman of the Commission for the coordination of drug control.
The president has also appointed Mr Asaa Ahmada Rashid as new Chairman Public Leaders’ Code of Ethics Commission.
President Mwinyi also picked Mr Arafat Ally Haji as the new Managing director of Zanzibar Insurance Corporation (ZIC).
According to the statement from the State House in the Isles, the new appointment starts with immediate effect on 24 June 2021.
