Africa-Press – Tanzania. President Samia Suluhu Hassan has appointed Doctor Nicolaus Shombe as the Managing Director of National Development Corporation (NDC).
Prior to his appointment, Dr Shombe was the Planning Commissioner in the Ministry for Finance and Planning.
Dr Shombe replaces Professor Damian Gabagambi who passed away on the 20th of October, 2020.
According to a statement released by the State Director of Communications, Jaffar Haniu Dr Shombe’s appointment was effective from October 29, 2021.
