Africa-Press – Tanzania. PRESIDENT Samia Suluhu Hassan has appointed Suleiman Mwenda and Lupakisyo Kapange to be District Commissioner (DC) for Iramba and Tanga districts respectively.
Mwenda who was secretary for the ruling CCM organization replaces Kenan Kihongosi who was appointed secretary general for the party’s youth wing–UVCCM. In a statement late Tuesday the president said Kapange will be replacing Dr Charles Mhina who will be given other duties.
Their appointments is effective since June 22.
