AS Tanzania prepares for the upcoming General Elections scheduled for October 2025, President Samia Suluhu Hassan has extended her best wishes to all members of the ruling party, Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), who have stepped forward to collect nomination forms for various leadership positions.
Through her social media platforms, President Samia stated that the move by party members to collect the forms signifies their readiness to seek the people’s mandate to serve them. She emphasized that this process is a critical step in preparing for the elections, where CCM leaders will be seeking public office through democratic means.
“I wish all the best to all members of our party, Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), who continue to come forward in different parts of the country to collect nomination forms for leadership positions in public institutions,” President Samia said.
She also urged the aspirants to act with good intentions and prioritize the interests of the people in their pursuit of leadership, noting that cooperation with citizens is the right path to achieving the goals outlined in the CCM Party Manifesto.
