Africa-Press – Tanzania. AS pressure mounts in Dar es Salaam streets, the eagerly awaited derby scheduled to kick off at 17:00, pits red-hot Simba against their traditional rivals Young Africans (Yanga) has been pushed to 19:00, the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) has just announced.
A press statement issued by Tanzania’s football governing board on Saturday afternoon stated that TFF decided to announce the changes after receiving instructions from the Ministry of Information, Culture, Arts and Sports.
According to TFF, all key stakeholders including Simba, Yanga and the Tanzania Premier League Board (TPLB) are aware of the changes.
