Africa-Press – Tanzania. Brazilian forward Neymar and his girlfriend Bruna Biancardi officially broke up, just a few weeks after Bruna had given birth to their first little girl.
Neymar’s unfaithfulness to his girlfriend has been stated as the reason behind the separation.
The news was revealed by the Brazilian model on her Instagram where she posted a story sharing it.
In an Instagram story, she shared with her followers, “This is a private matter. However, given my daily exposure to news, rumors, and jokes, I want to clarify that I have no relationship with anyone.”
She emphasized in her message that she wanted to share this with all her followers. “We are Mavie’s parents, and that is the reason for our bond. I hope they stop linking me to news stories – about alleged cases of Neymar’s infidelity. Thank you very much.”
The 31-year-old footballer and the 29-year-old model have navigated a relationship full of ups and downs, frequently overshadowed by persistent rumors of infidelity on the part of the athlete.
Brazil and Al-Hilal forward Neymar underwent surgery in October after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus in his left knee while on international duty.
The former PSG striker was taken off on a stretcher in tears during the 2-0 defeat by Uruguay on October 18.
He landed awkwardly after a challenge in the first half of the 2026 World Cup qualifier in Montevideo.
“It’s a very sad time, the worst,” Neymar wrote on Instagram.
“I know I’m strong, but this time I’m going to need my family and friends even more.”
It is unclear how long Neymar will be out for but the usual prognosis for recovery from an ACL rupture or tear can be up to eight to 10 months.
