Africa-Press – Tanzania. Tanzania Roads Agency (TANROADS) Chief Executive Officer, Engineer Patrick Mfugale has passed away.
During the launch of Tazara flyover in Dar es Salaam, former Tanzania’s President John Magufuli decided to name the project in honor of Engineer Mfugale.
At the launching ceremony, Dr Magufuli told wananchi that his decision to name the flyover after Mfugale was not based on favour but the engineer’s outstanding commitment and patriotic spirit in serving the nation.
