Africa-Press – Tanzania. Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan on Saturday announced the appointment of new Information, Communication and Information Technology Minister Nape Nnauye in a cabinet reshuffle.
Announcing the reshuffle in Dar es Salaam, Chief Secretary Ambassador Hussein Kattanga said the President had also made minor changes in the list of ministries merging two ministries and separating two more ministries.
Nnauye held the position nearly five years ago before he was fired. Some new faces, also include Former President Jakaya Kikwete’s son and MP for Chalinze, Ridhiwani Kikwete.
The new reshuffle also sent packing law professor, Paramagamba Kabudi (Constitution and Legal Affairs), William Lukuvi (Lands, Housing and Human Settlement), Geoffrey Mwambe (Industry and Trade), Kitila Mkumbo (Investment) and deputy Minister for Transport Mwita Waitara.
