AfricaPress-Tanzania: The body of President Magufuli has arrived at Magufuli grounds in Chato, Geita this morning ready for requiem mass for the gone leader.
President Samia Suluhu Hassan, Zanzibar President Hussein Mwinyi, Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa and the widowed Janeth Magufuli are among public figures who have joined Tanzanians at the service.
Former Presidents Jakaya Kikwete, Ali Hassan Mwinyi and Dr Ali Mohamed Shein (Zanzibar), Othman Masoud Othman and Suleiman Abdullah, Zanzibar’s first and second Vice Presidents respectively have attended the event which has hold the most of country’s businesses at a standstill.
