AfricaPress-Tanzania: DLS Associates has launched new online platform called ONA Online Auctions as market place for auctioneers, brokers, real estate agents, individuals, corporate bodies, banks, micro-finance and other stake holders to trade.
The Managing Director of ONA online auctions Fredy Julius said in Dar es Salaam over the weekend that the online platform is the first ever Tanzanian real estate marketplace where auctions, direct sales and other services are conducted fully online.
“We are very pleased to be able to introduce a top quality platform which will provide solutions to real estate auctions in the country. ONA online auctions will aim at increasing bidders’ participation in the auctions by high margin compared to the tradition auctions as the requirement of physical presence in the auction will no longer be an obstacle,” he said.
The platform offers direct buying and selling of real estate properties; and auctioning real estate properties.The launching of this online marketplace aims at addressing several challenges faced by the real estate industry at the moment.
The registered users will have access to a wide variety of properties available for sale and auction.
The sellers will be required to submit new properties and filling out all the necessary information required to authenticate the sale of such properties.
