AfricaPress-Tanzania: Zanzibar President, Dr.Hussein Ali Mwinyi has asked media houses to ensure they run educative programs, which educate the public against humiliation practice in the society.
Dr. Mwinyi said this on Thursday (January 7, 2021) at Sheikh Idriss Abdulwakil Hall in Unguja, while meeting different stakeholders education the community on good morals.
Equally, he tasked journalist, who by nature are informing and educating the society to spearhead the arrangement.
“Journalists it is your responsibility to provide education in the society, make good use of your jobs and create contents, which enlighten and educate people against humiliating practices.” Said President Mwinyi
