AfricaPress-Tanzania: MEMBERS of Parliament have endorsed Mbeya MP Dr Tulia Ackson as Deputy Speaker of the 12th National Assembly.
Out of 354 votes cast, Dr Tulia garnered 350 votes to reclaim her seat.
Speaking before the election, the Mbeya Urban MP promised to cooperate with Speaker Ndugai in addressing various challenges facing MPs.
