AfricaPress-Tanzania: Vice-President Samia Suluhu has assured mining sector investors that Tanzania is a better place to put up their projects based on the country’s policy and legal environment.
Speaking on Monday when opening an international meeting of Tanzania Mining Sector Investment 2021 at the Julius Nyerere International Hall in Dar es Salaam, Ms Samia said the country provides equal opportunities to the government and investors.
“I would like to invite all investors interested in investing in the mining sector and other economic sectors in the country and assure them that our country has a better policy and legal environment,” she said.
She said the government is ready to receive and work upon recommendations that will be given from the forum and other stakeholders for the benefit of everyone.
She took the opportunity to invite the forum participants to visit the country’s tourist attractions.
