AfricaPress-Tanzania: MBAO FC midfield maestro Omary Wayne has said he is ready to leave his club at end of the season.
Speaking to the ‘africa-press’ here yesterday, Wayne said he is ready to feature for any side among the Premier League teams, adding he is not ready to continue serving his current team.
Wayne has already played for several Premier Leagues teams. Among them are Ndanda, Azam FC and Mwadui FC. He said he has signed a one-year deal with Mbao FC.
He further called upon the football fans in Mwanza Region to support their team in all their remaining matches.
Adding, the former Coastal Union and Friends Rangers player, Wayne said he has received some offers from Premier League teams, but he targets ending his season with Mbao FC so that he can move on afterwards.
Mbao FC are still languishing in the relegation zone, whereby they are placed at the 19th position on the league table after gathering 23 points from 29-game outings.
They have won five, drawn seven and lost 13 matches.
At CCM Kirumba Stadium, Mbao will play six consecutive matches against Ndanda FC, Namungo FC, Coastal Union, Police Tanzania, Mtibwa Sugar and Lipuli FC, while their away matches will be against JKT Tanzania at Jamhuri Stadium in Dodoma, Azam FC and Simba SC at Uhuru Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
