AfricaPress-Tanzania: Tanzania’s giants Simba Sports Club progressed to the first round of Africa Champions League on a 1-0 aggregate, following a 0-0 draw against Nigeria’s Plateau United in Dar es Salaam on Saturday.
Simba won 1-0 in the first leg against Nigerian, last week, thanks to the midfielder Cleotus Chama second half goal.
Last season, Simba were eliminated in the preliminary by Mozambique’s UD Songo in the preliminary stage.
