Africa-Press – Togo. The Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) is organizing a special session on the OACPS-EU partnership agreement. Togo has also sent a delegation to this event which is being held this weekend at the OACPS Secretariat in Brussels, Belgium.

According to our information, a Togolese delegation made up of a number of Togolese MPs is taking part in this session.

As OACPS chief negotiator of the new agreement between the organization and the European Union, the Togolese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Robert Dussey, also participates in the meeting.

Dussey presented his report on Saturday, while calling on parliamentarians to seek the support of their colleagues in the European Parliament for the signing of the new agreement.
