Africa-Press – Uganda. Next Radio, in partnership with Pulse Radio, recently set up a pop-up radio booth at the Tubayo Market Day, a monthly event that supports young entrepreneurs. The booth provided a platform for these young business owners to showcase their products and services to a wider audience.
Pulse Radio’s Tracy hosted live interviews with the vendors, discussing their products and services, how they manufacture or source them, and how customers can find or purchase them. The interviews were also broadcast live on Pulse Radio, reaching an even larger audience.
In addition to the interviews, Next Radio also hosted the famous Top 20 Countdown live from the market day. This was a fun and engaging way to attract visitors to the booth and learn more about the different businesses participating in the event.
Among the vendors at the Tubayo Market Day were two who had received support from Equity Bank’s initiative for young entrepreneurs. Next Radio took the opportunity to highlight these two businesses and their success stories, inspiring other young people to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.
