National Guidance Cadreship Training Kicks off in Kamuli

Africa-Press – Uganda. The Ministry of ICT and National Guidance has launched a comprehensive training program in Kamuli District, bringing together approximately 300 participants from the 12 districts in the Busoga Sub Region.

The National Guidance Cadreship training, which started on Monday, January 27, 2025, aims to promote Uganda’s National Ideology and values, fostering a deeper understanding of national identity and moral principles among participants.

According to Godfrey Kabyanga, State Minister for ICT in charge of National Guidance, “The ministry plays a pivotal role in promoting Uganda’s National Ideology and values, essential for building a stronger, more unified nation.” Kabyanga emphasised the importance of national pride and identity, encouraging participants to embrace the narrative of “I am a Ugandan” with pride, drawing inspiration from the American people’s love for their country.

The training features engaging discussions, workshops, and presentations, providing a platform for participants to share ideas and experiences.

Kabyanga expressed his gratitude to the organizers and participants for their dedication and enthusiasm, stating, “Together, we are striving towards a brighter future for Uganda, and I am confident that this training will play a significant role in achieving our national goals.”
