The minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to supporting the sector through favorable policies, infrastructure investments, and incentives to attract both local and international investors.
She urged exhibitors to set up manufacturing bases in Uganda to boost local production.
The three-day event, which runs until Saturday, August 9, will feature exhibitions on modern construction materials, equipment, and technologies aimed at improving quality, sustainability, and affordability in Uganda’s housing and infrastructure development.
