Africa-Press – Uganda. More mothers and babies have benefited from the ‘Gaba essanyu’ campaign by Baby Junior brand under Movit Products Limited as officials from the company donated to Ndejje Health Centre IV.
The visit and donation were in response to the corporate society for safe motherhood, whose objective is to mobilize resources and unite corporate entities to assist in reducing maternal and infant mortality in Uganda.
The initiative has been able to impact lives in the health centres like Kawempe National Referral Hospital, Mukono Health Centre IV and Katabi Health Centre III.
The initiative aimed at giving happiness to new mothers all-over Uganda. The Ggaba Essanyu initiative aim has impacted over 1000 women in Uganda in the various hospitals visited.

It’s heartwarming to know that there are brands in Uganda that care about the well-being of our children, and I am thankful beyond words for this thoughtful gesture. These gifts are not just material possessions; they are a symbol of love and support that will forever warm our hearts,” said Annet Namusoke, a benefiting mother.
Wycliff Tulinawe, the Baby Junior brand manager said, “We are thrilled to be here today to continue our commitment to the well-being and happiness of both babies and parents. We are honoured to share happiness with our dear moms. We look forward to providing you with the very best for your precious bundles of joy, spreading smiles one baby at a time.”
Nakate Annet Maria, one of the senior midwives at the facility said, that she was immensely grateful for the generous support from Baby Junior, the gifts not only bring joy to the new mothers but also play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of their precious newborns.
Baby Junior’s contribution is a testament to the spirit of community and compassion, making a significant impact on the lives of these families.

Up to 150 mothers were gifted products inclusive of baby jelly, baby soap, baby powder and baby oil all from the Baby Junior brand.
