Africa-Press – Uganda. GRADUATION | COVID-19 |Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi is today, in a virtual ceremony having 718 students graduate. The ceremony is being held at its main campus in Mpigi district.This is the university’s 26th graduation ceremony. During this graduation, 329 of those who have completed their studies are females.The university says there will be another graduation soon, to cover those who have been left out.The Vice-Chancellor Rev, Prof. John Chrysostom Maviiri, in the ongoing graduation ceremony, noted that 168 students are graduating with Masters Degrees, 372 with Bachelor’s Degrees, 158 with Diploma and 20 with certificates.Uganda Martyrs University (UMU) is a private university affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church in Uganda. It is licensed by the Uganda National Council for Higher Education.
