The decision to wear their party colors is a thoughtful gesture, meant to honor Dr. Garuga’s contributions to the party and the community at large.

The burial is currently underway in Kiragiro village in Rugyeyo sub-county for Kanungu district.
The Deputy speaker of parliament Thomas Tayebwa is excepted to represent President Yoweri Museveni as the chief mourner.
