Africa-Press – Uganda. President Museveni has commissioned the Microhaem Scientifics (MHS) diagnostic test kits manufacturing plant, the first of its kind in the region. The facility will produce test kits (RDT) for HIV and malaria ( etc), saving the country $100m annually on test kits’ importation.
