You think your city is busy? Uganda laughs at you. Come to Kampala. I was shocked by the level of energy I saw all over the city, even in the middle of the pandemic. I decided to walk from the busy markets of downtown up to the palace of the Kabaka, the king of Buganda. When I arrived there, I had an interesting encounter that I never expected.
