Uganda’s opposition presidential candidate moves to court over house arrest

Ugandan opposition leader Bobi Wine on Thursday moved to court seeking to have his house arrest lifted.
Wine was blocked from leaving his home shortly after returning from voting, in the Ugandan presidential election last week.
