Africa-Press – Zambia. UPND member Major Ben Phiri says the outcome of the Petauke-Central by-election has vindicated him when he said the popularity of UPND in the province has gone down.
And Maj Phiri said the UPND did not expect to win the by-elections, with a “politically impaired” campaign manager like Green Economy minister Mike Mposha.
