Africa-Press – Zambia. Red Arrows has confirmed the acquisition of forward Albert Kangwanda from Kafue Celtic as earlier reported by the ZamFoot Crew. Kangwanda who was part of the Airmen Youth side during the reign of honor Janza has penned a three year deal with Arrows.
“One of Zambia’s skillful and promising talents, Albert Kangwanda has finally arrived at Nkoloma and joined Super league defending Champions Red Arrows Football Club from Kafue Celtic Football Club after completing all formalities between parties involved.
The 23-year old talented left footer who buddied at the Arrows Reserve during the Honor Janza time joins the Airmen on a three year permanent deal.” This follows the 23 year old striker’s return from Croatia where he had signed for Gorica in August.
Kangwanda scored 12 goals in the league last season. His lone goal earned Zambia a Cosafa Cup trophy in July. Meanwhile winger Felix Bulaya has returned to the club after a one year loan spell at Sunset Stadium.
“Felix Bulaya has returned back home in a bid to restart his exploits from where he left it after a move from the now defunct sugar boys – Nakambala Leopards of Mazabuka three years ago.” Bulaya initially joined Red Arrows in September 2020 from Nakambala Leopards where he spent four years.
Bulaya and Kangwanda could make their first appearance for the Airmen since 2021 and debut respectively this afternoon when the Zambia Air Force sponsored outfit visit Heroes Stadium to face NAPSA Stars.
