Africa-PressZambia. $30 million on Limulunga road?

Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development Charles Milupi yesterday took to task Road Development Agency (RDA) officials on why the Mongu-Limulunga road, commonly known as ‘treason’, cost US$30 million.
