Africa-Press – Zambia. The High Court declared Kalalwe Mukosa as duly elected Member of Parliamentfor Chinsali Central. But the losers appealed the decision. The Constitutional Court has since set 8th December, 2022 as judgment day in the Chinsali Central Parliamentary petition.
In this case losing Independent candidate Christopher Mulenga Chiponde and Charles Mulenga Musanya losing UPND candidate appealed the decision of the High Court to declare Kalalwe Mukosa -PF as duly elected Member of Parliament for Chinsali Central.
