This man is blind to reasoning ; what he does not realize is that the over 34,000 tecruited teachers are happy people he could not employ and over 14,000 recruited health workers whom he failed to employ. They punished him because they wanted to elect a leadership that could employ them.
The civil servants who were already in the system are happy that they can now get paid their package in 3 months after retirement and get paid salaries on time.
