Africa-Press – Zambia. Court orders AG to temporarily keep late Hambulo’s estate
THE Lusaka High Court has ordered the office of the Administrator General to take possession of the estate of late Geoffrey Hambulo until it decides whom to grant the authority to manage the same.
Judge Dorcas Malama said there were interests in the deceased’s estate that required protection in the interim, pending determination of the main matter.
“Leaving the deceased’s estate in question to the care of no one whilst the main case is pending may be detrimental to the beneficiaries and the case as a whole,” judge Malama noted.
