Africa-Press – Zambia. The High Court has ruled that the vehicles PF grabbed from MMD be given back. After winning elections in 2011 Michael Sata’s PF grabbed the vehicles claiming they were bought using stolen money.
The MMD however went to court to challenge the decision. The High Court has now ruled that the vehicles be handed back immediately as there is no law that compels disclosure of campaign funding.
