Africa-Press – Zambia. President HH7 is technically still a treason suspect or prisoner released on a DPP negotiated nolle prosequi after 127 days. A nolle prosequi case does not end but is merely paused, not even acquittal.
Therefore, HH could be technically arrested once the prosecution finds further or implicating evidence. BA 64 and BNC 12 freedom fighters of Afumba Mombotwa were the first to be technically convicted and twice released on prerogative of mercy of EL.
Meaning, Mombota was released the first time and redetained for additional two years; he was finally released the second time on a misspelt name as EL exited State House following electoral defeat.
HH has had nothing to do with BA 64 and BNC 12 as much as EL’s treason persecution and framing started with BA 64 and BNC 12 activists and HH himself was arrested from 2017 Kuombooa Ceremony motorcade in transit from Mongu to Limulunga.
Gen Godfrey Miyanda had warned of treason being played around with without the interest of HH and Mombotwa. On the other hand, HH is back in court having sued the State for compensation arising from the destruction and malicious imprisonment.
HH could actually technically and directly sue PF and EL but has instead sued the State or the public while defending and shielding PF and EL hinself when PF and EL personalised the law enforcement.
Mombotwa who lost his comrades in arms while in prison and his wife lost to a serial killer unlike HH doesn’t have any of that luxury of suing for compensation and being granted Barotseland independence or separation. HH LEAs are unmethodically arresting EL friends and colleagues than EL himself.
EL has in the meantime technically placed himself in a house arrest for guilty in the reintroduction of political prisoners, the state of emergency, joint forces peace keeping to ECZ 2021 elections, selective and abusive enforcement of the colonial POA, as well as armament and militarisation of political cadres and police, plus being suspect of International terrorism financing in Rwanda and maintenance of paramilitary during peace. HH’s ill advised attempt and self-contradictions of shielding EL proves HH is himself not as clean and not as clear of his mandate.
