Africa-Press – Zambia. Images of impounded motor vehicles used by suspected Smugglers to carry mealie meal have flooded social media. Social commentators claim the vehicles are part of a Smuggling ring selling 25 kilogramme bags into the Democratic Republic of Congo-DRC, hence the persistent shortage of the commodity in some parts of the country particularly on the Copperbelt Province.
