Africa-Press – Zambia. ECONOMIST Noel Nkhoma has been appointed as board chairman for National Road Fund Agency (NRFA).
Minister of Finance and National Planning Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane made the announcement in a statement.
Nkhoma once served as board chairman for the now defunct Development Bank of Zambia (DBZ).
